TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

By booking online or approving a quotation via phone, email, verbal consent, or digital sign-off, you agree to all TLC Terms & Conditions of Service.

1. Scheduling & Arrival

  • You’ll receive a 2-hour arrival window. We strive to arrive at the earliest time but cannot guarantee it.

  • If access isn’t available when we arrive within the window, a cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $35 fee, at TLC’s discretion.

  • We may adjust service dates due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In light rain, work proceeds as scheduled. In heavy rain, work may be rescheduled within 2–3 clear days.

  • We do not wait more than 15 minutes for someone to arrive for interior access or screen removal jobs.

2. Payment Terms

  • NET 15, with exceptions available for:

  • Government or municipal accounts

    Projects with verified third-party funding or PO systems

  • Past due invoices incur a 5% fee every 15 days.

  • Unpaid accounts over 30 days may result in suspended service. After 90 days, legal or collection action may be taken.

3. Online Booking

  • All online bookings are subject to review. We may adjust based on:

  • Service area or capacity

  • Correct square footage, window count, etc.

  • Schedule availability

  • Additional support services needed (e.g., lift rental)

  • Final details will be sent via confirmation email and your client hub.

4. Service Minimums

  • $175 minimum: Online booking, gutter clearing, or pressure washing

  • $125 minimum: Any window cleaning visit

  • $15 minimum: Routine window cleaning

5. Access & Property Conditions

  • Full access must be provided on service day.

  • We do not move obstacles.

  • Windows must be closed; open/unsafe/inaccessible windows will not be cleaned but may be charged.

  • Clients must clear sills and ensure interior access for inside window cleaning.

  • Unsafe work practices (including ladders over 40 ft) are not performed.

6. Condition of Property

  • All items must be structurally sound. TLC is not liable for damage to aged, weathered, or compromised materials.

  • Cosmetic marks from ladder contact may occur and are not the responsibility of TLC.

  • We reserve the right to surcharge for unusually dirty or hard-to-access work.

7. Satisfaction & Complaints

  • We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will re-clean within 48 hours if notified within 3 business days.

  • Clients must use this resolution process before posting negative reviews. Violations may result in legal action in Adams County Small Claims Court (up to $10,000).

8. Warranty & Limitations

  • No warranties are provided for stain, oxidation, discoloration, weathering, fading, or cracking removal.

  • Pressure washing may not remove all stains.

  • Results for phone-quoted services not suitable for desired outcomes are not guaranteed. Full charge applies.

  • Any services involving washing/cleaning do not include stain or oxidation removal unless stated.

9. Gutter Services

  • Gutter cleaning includes only interior debris removal—no repairs, removals, or downspout work.

  • We do not remove gutter guards or guarantee gutter functionality.

10. Roof Cleaning

  • Asphalt Shingles: Low-pressure chemical application; rain completes removal over time.

  • Metal Roofing: Low-pressure treatment, rinsed before completion.

11. Exterior Cleaning Services

  • House Washing: Includes siding, gutters, eaves, foundation, shutters, and trim. Low-pressure wash using professional agents.

  • Flat Work (driveways, patios, etc.): Cleaned with high/low pressure and job-specific cleaners. Not all stains can be removed.

  • Composite Decking: Cleaned with specialty chemicals. No guarantee on mold/stain removal.

  • Wood/Shake Siding: No warranty for mold/algae removal. Not liable for damage to untreated or cedar surfaces.

  • Fascia & Soffit: Includes gutter face and area behind it as accessible.

12. Window Cleaning

  • Razor blades and scrapers may be used to remove construction debris. Scratches on poor-quality tempered glass are not the responsibility of TLC.

  • If you reject this waiver, there is no agreement for construction window cleaning.

  • Storm windows: TLC is not liable for breakage due to age, tight fit, or deterioration.

13. Equipment & Liability

  • TLC is not liable for failures/malfunctions of rented or on-site equipment. Liability falls on the rental company or supplier.

  • Damage due to poor maintenance, faulty siding, or leaks is the customer's responsibility.

14. Promotions & Communication

  • Introductory and promotional offers may be changed or terminated at any time.

  • Terminated accounts are ineligible for re-promotion.

  • By booking with TLC, you consent to receive mail or emails with promotions or updates.

15. Disputes & Legal

  • Disputes must be resolved under Indiana law and in Adams County Courts.

  • It is the client's responsibility to prove full payment in case of dispute.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.
